Kent Row is a charming 2-bedroom apartment offering comfort and convenience for up to 4 guests. The property boasts one double bedroom and one bunk bedroom, providing a cosy and homely atmosphere.

Kent Row is equipped with a well-appointed bathroom featuring a bathtub, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and hot water. Fresh bed linen, extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and an iron are provided for your convenience. A small workspace is available for guests who may need to catch up on work.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a toaster, fridge with freezer box, oven, microwave, and hot water kettle, along with a dining table where you can enjoy meals at your leisure. The private living room offers a comfortable space to unwind and relax after a busy day.

With an accessible parking space and a garage for one car, you can enjoy a hassle-free stay. Small pets (up to two) are welcome for a fee of £20 per stay, subject to availability. Events may be hosted with prior arrangement and a deposit.To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed between 11pm and 7am.

Check-in is straightforward with a lockbox for self check-in, and we also offer the option of an in-person meeting if preferred. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you can stay connected during your visit. The property is also equipped with safety features, including a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and smoke alarm for peace of mind.

From the East (e.g., Cardiff, Swansea, or Bristol):
